Registration Fees
1.General Participants
2.Transportation and accommodation expenses shall be borne by participants and reimbursed by their affiliated institutions. Lunches will be provided from November 20 to 22, while dinners are not included.

- Online payment completed on or before August 1, 2026: ¥600 per person
- Payment completed between August 2 and November 1, 2026: ¥1,000 per person
- On-site registration & payment from November 2, 2026 onwards: ¥1,200 per person
- Full-time postgraduate students: ¥500 per person (valid photo-bearing identification is required).
